The Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs is committed to improving the work life and academic environment for faculty. The Office facilitates the academic appointment and review process; the stewardship review process; reviews, approves, and monitors all academic searches; oversees academic policy development and implementation; and addresses faculty misconduct. The Office also advocates for and supports faculty development and advancement and academic diversity through strategic initiatives, committee work and task forces.
